Leader magistrate Adeola Adedayo’s decision accompanied criminal recommendation from the Lagos state Directorate of Public Prosecutions.
The Lagos excessive court has taken over the trial of alleged assassin, Chidinma Ojukwu.
This comes after the the Yaba leader Magistrates’ court docket on Monday passed off the homicide trial of Chidinma Ojukwu, prime suspect within the homicide of the leader government Officer (CEO) of fantastic television, Usifo Ataga.
Chief Justice of the Peace Adeola Adedayo’s selection observed prison advice from the August 20 Lagos country Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) recommending the trial of omit Ojukwu’s trial and 4 others for Ataga’s death.
